ShiftLink will be unavailable on Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM EDT due to scheduled server maintenance.

Why is this happening?

We will be performing a major server maintenance cycle to improve the reliability, performance, and stability of the ShiftLink platform.

What will be affected?

The entire ShiftLink platform will be unavailable during the maintenance window, including:

• ShiftLink Web
• ShiftLink Mobile (iOS & Android)

During this time, users will not be able to post, receive, respond to, or award shifts.

What do I need to do?

Please refrain from using ShiftLink during the maintenance window and ensure your staff is aware of the scheduled outage.

Service Restoration

We anticipate that services will begin returning before 4:00 AM EDT as maintenance activities are completed. During the restoration process, some features may become available before others, and system performance may be temporarily reduced while database optimization, index rebuilds, and final system validation are completed.

We will update this status page as maintenance progresses and once all services have been fully restored.
